League Update

Team,

Registration continues for our Spring Modified Flag and TackleBar Football for Boys and Girls. Boys will be playing Modified Flag Football with TackleBars, and Girls will be playing traditional flag football.

Modified Flag TackleBar Players will wear full equipment and are taught basic and advanced football skills. Players are taught proper blocking techniques, ball handling, and other football skills. Tackling is not allowed and like in traditional flag football, flags. or a TackleBar are used to down ball carriers. This approach will allow new players to focus on developing proper football skills and techniques and slowly develop a safe understanding of the game of football.

Players also wear TackleBars on their backs and players pull off the TackleBar off to make a “tackle.” Watch TackleBar video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSkqbuPZAgs

Training camps, equipment distribution, and coaching clinics will start the week of March 25th. Season starts the week of April 8th, 2024. All practices and games are tentatively set for Sunday afternoons. Sign up individually or bring your team.
